Introduction To enable greater availability of pulmonary rehabilitation (PR), video-conferencing technology was employed to link a community site standard outpatient PR service deliver the programme closer those with chronic respiratory disease. The called virtual (VIPAR). understand experiences involved in this service, study aimed answer question: How do different stakeholders that interact VIPAR experience programme? Methods Focus groups were conducted people lung disease attending either or site, addition staff running groups. A total five focus conducted. Reflexive thematic analysis used analyse transcripts. Results Participants who received positive regarding and described benefits service. Additionally, participants discussed trade-off between convenience relatedness. Staff barriers solutions could be mitigate these, including training, organisation understanding risk. Discussion Using increase is acceptable involved, providing problems organisational issues are resolved training.
